CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION.
YEAR 1 // SEMESTER 2.
The aim of this project was to document a small residential project through presenting professional, detailed and accurate construction drawings and information. This project was created after hypothetical clients Mr. and Mrs. Andrews had given their sign off for the re-design of their investment property on the Sunshine Coast. Their requirements were that the space was light and airy, maximised ocean views, reduced operating costs, was generally sustainable and that it had entry from the western side of the house and a 4m wide deck. This project was hand drafted.
